Yes. We regularly fit out shell-and-core units in commercial buildings across Muscat. We review the landlord’s MEP provisions, design the tenant fit-out to connect to building services, and manage the landlord approval process.
Can you work alongside an interior designer?
Yes, and we prefer it. Early coordination with the interior designer prevents conflicts between MEP routes and ceiling/wall designs. We attend design coordination meetings and provide MEP input to the design process.
Do you handle renovation of existing spaces?
Yes. We assess existing MEP systems, identify what can be retained, and design the most cost-effective upgrade or reconfiguration. We have experience with occupied renovations where phased works are required to minimise disruption.
