Preventive Maintenance for Commercial Properties

Our AMC service provides scheduled preventive maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems in commercial properties across Muscat. Regular maintenance prevents costly emergency breakdowns, extends equipment life, and keeps your systems operating at peak efficiency.

We offer three AMC tiers — Basic, Standard, and Premium — with visit frequencies and response times tailored to your property type and operational requirements. All contracts include detailed maintenance logs and annual system health reports.

Our engineers are based in Muscat and can respond to emergency call-outs within agreed SLA hours — typically 4 hours for Premium contracts.

What systems does the AMC cover?
Our AMC covers HVAC (split units, central systems, FCUs, AHUs), electrical (panels, distribution boards, lighting), plumbing (pumps, tanks, drainage), and generator sets. The exact scope is agreed at contract signing based on your property’s systems.
What is the emergency response time?
Response times depend on your contract tier: Basic (24 hours), Standard (8 hours), Premium (4 hours). Our engineers are based in Muscat, so response times are realistic — not aspirational SLAs we can’t meet.
Are parts included in the AMC?
Parts are included in the Premium tier. For Basic and Standard, labour is included but parts are charged at cost with no markup. We always get your approval before ordering any parts above a pre-agreed threshold.
Can we start an AMC for systems we didn’t install?
Yes. We carry out an initial condition survey of your existing systems, document any existing defects, and then commence the AMC. The initial survey report is provided to you and any pre-existing issues are excluded from the AMC warranty.
