We carry out T&C for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and building management systems. Every test is performed by qualified engineers using calibrated instruments, and results are documented in formal test reports.

Our T&C service can be engaged as a standalone service for projects where installation was carried out by others, or as the final phase of our own installation work.

Can you test systems installed by another contractor?

Yes. We frequently provide independent T&C for systems installed by others. This is common when the main contractor doesn’t have T&C capability, or when the client wants independent verification before accepting handover.

What happens if a system fails a test?

We issue a formal defect notification to the responsible contractor with specific details of what failed and the acceptance criteria it must meet. After remediation, we re-test and issue a pass certificate if the system meets the standard.

Do you provide test reports that satisfy insurance requirements?

Yes. Our test reports include instrument calibration certificates, test methodology, acceptance criteria, measured values, and engineer sign-off. These are accepted by insurance providers and regulatory authorities in Oman.
